Speed Math will help math students become proficient in simple arithmetic so they may focus on more difficult math concepts in higher grades.
A middle school student who recently experienced learning to solve basic arithmetic in elementary school using paper and pencil developed this app.
A student can select to practice:
-Addition
-Subtraction
-Multiplication
-Division
-Mixed (a random selection of each operation)
A student can select to race against the clock by:
-solving as many problems as possible in 1 minute
-solving 10 or 50 problems in the lowest amount of time possible
A student can also select a difficulty mode (e.g. Easy, Medium, or Hard), which determines the range of numbers used in the problems.
